摘　　要：战略性新兴产业是新的经济增长点,产业集聚是促进战略性新兴产业快速发展的成功模式。从产业组织的视角,对武汉.中国光谷生物城进行问卷调查,通过计量分析揭示影响高新区集聚效应的四个因素,建立分析战略性新兴产业集聚发展影响因素的回归模型,根据逐步回归的结果分析各因素的影响机理,提出提升战略性新兴产业集聚效应的产业组织优化模式。Strategic emerging industries are a new economic growth pole. Industrial clusters are a success mode promoting strategic emerging industries developing fast. It is the importance that agglomeration effect and its influ- ence factors of China＇s high-tech zone is studied to speed up the strategic and emerging industry development. Form the perspective of industrial organization, conducted a questionnaire survey about Biolake, the results of sta- tistical analysis revealed four factors which can affect the agglomeration effect of Biolake, they are enterprise ag- glomeration factors, personnel flow factors, organizational factors and industry ecological factors. Further build re- gression model, then according to the result of regression analyzing mechanism of every factors, constructing opti- mization model of industrial organization to enhance the agglomeration effect of strategic emerging industries
