摘  要:目的:调查医学院校学生干部的焦虑情绪、自我效能感及应对方式的状况,为学校的学生工作提供一些参考信息。方法:选取本校学生干部和普通学生共308人为研究对象进行心理测评,测评工具包括焦虑自评量表(SAS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、应对方式量表(CSS)。结果:学生干部组在自我效能和解决问题水平上显著高于普通学生组(P<0.05),在自责和退避水平上显著低于普通学生组(P<0.01);男干部在求助和幻想水平上显著低于女干部(P<0.05);男干部在自责、退避和合理化水平上显著低于普通男生(P<0.05);女干部在自我效能和解决问题水平上显著高于普通女生(P<0.05)。结论:与普通学生相比,学生干部的自我效能水平较高,有相对积极的应对方式。Objective: To investigate anxiety, self-eftieacy and coping style status of medical college student caches, to provide some reference information for school. Methods: Selecting 308 subjects containing student cadres and common students to psychological evaluation, assessment tools including Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), General Serf-Efficacy Scale (SGES), Coping Style Scale (CSS). Results: Student cadres' level of self-efficacy and problem-solving was significantly higher than that of common students ( P 〈 0.05), and their level of self-blame and avoidance was significantly lower than that of common students ( P 〈 0.05). In the level of assistance and fantasy, male student cadres were. significantly lower than female student cadres ( P 〈 0.05). At the levd of self-blame, avoidance and rationalization, male student cases were. significantly lower than male common students. At the levd of self-efficacy and problem-solving, female student cadres were signitlcanfly higher than female common students. Conclusion: In comparisen with common students, studeni cadres hold higher self-efficacy and relatively positive coping style.
