摘　　要：公共卫生人才是疾病预防控制和突发公共卫生事件处置的后备骨干力量,培养应急型卓越公共卫生人才是新时期医学实践教学改革趋势,具有重要社会意义。从分析我国公共卫生类学生应急能力培养薄弱环节,解读卓越公共卫生人才内涵,加强应急教学平台建设和学科建设,构建应急型卓越公共卫生人才培养模式、优化课程体系,改革实践教学体系等入手,全面培养卓越公共卫生人才。As they are. the back-up backbone for disease prevention and control and disposal of public health emergencies, training the excel- lent public health personnel of the emergency type is the trend to reform teaching of medicine practice in the new era, which also has an impor- tant social significance. Based on such aspects as the analysis on the weak links of training emergency response capacity of students of public health, the interpretation on the connotation of excellent public health talents, strengthening the construction of emergency teaching platform and subjects, and building the cultivated mode for the excellent public health talents, optimizing course system, reform of the practice teaching system, etc., the excellent public health talents would be cultivated at all aspects.
