美国医师执照考试及对中国医学教育和执业医师考试的启示

摘　　要：从美国医师执照考试,展现美国医师培养与我国大陆医师培养的不同之处和优势,对中国大陆的医学教育和执业医师考试引起思考,获得启示。我以个人亲身经历,将美国医师执照考试和中国医师资格考试进行一定程度的比较,找出两者的不同和存在的差距,以利于改进我国的医学教育和执业医师考试。从发展的眼光看,借鉴与研究美国医师执照考试,也为中国医学生和部分年青医师开辟了新的培养途径。Demonstration of the advantage of the training system of American physicians from USMLE induces deep thoughts of medical education of China, so as to gain illumination for our country. The author, based on his experience, has compared the medical licensing examination of the United States with China＇ s, and found out the differences between them, which can improve the medical licensing examination and medical education of Chinese medical schools. For the purpose of improvement, the research and study for the USMLE, also provides a brand new career pathway for medical students and some young doctors in China.
