摘　　要：伦理形态变更及其完满离不开利益本体的支持。利益欲求支持了人们从自然伦理实体—血亲家庭到利益主体间性的"共同意志"或"合意"利益共同体构建。同时它也构成中国社会转型的重要内容。Ethical form change and perfect cannot leave the reason ontology support. Interest desire support people from natural ethical entity -- the biological family to the interests of intersubjectivity ＂general will＂ or ＂ agreement＂ the interests of the community construction. At the same time, it is also the important content of chi- nese social transformation.
