摘  要:由于工件球度的在线检测比较困难,而且当前的测量系统大部分是离线检测。如果能在加工过程中对工件进行检测,根据检测结果及时修正加工参数,将降低生产成本、提高产品质量、加快生产速度。针对当前现状,提出了一种基于工件圆度的测量方法,通过测量工件的圆度间接得到工件球度,准确度较高。介绍了基于单片机的在线测量系统的构成和测试原理,并采用误差分离技术提高测量精度,系统结构简单、成本低、精度高。As the work-piece hericity detection online is more difficult, and most of the current measurement system is off-line testing. If the work-piece during processing to detect, correct and timely test results according to processing parameters, will reduce production costs, im- prove product quality, speed up production. For the current situation, proposed a measure based on roundness of the method, by measuring the roundness of the work-piece indirectly work-piece herieity, high degree of accuracy. Introduced an online measurement system based on microcontroUer and tested principles of composition, and use error separation technology to improve measurement accuracy, the system is simple, low cost and high accuracy.
