摘　　要：通过对近几年全国举办职业技能大赛影响的分析,以模具专业为切入点,介绍了职业院校对人才培养模式改革方向的探索,促进职业院校不断改革完善教学模式和教学方法,以大赛为导向展开新的人才培养模式的改革,为企业提供急需的各类专业人才。By analyzing the effects of some skill competitions in these years, study was made on the reforms of professional training for die and mould professionals in vocational schools. The competitions were served as a guide to change the training mode and improve the teaching modes and methods.
