摘 要:对称式行星齿轮差速器在各类车辆上被广泛应用并制约着整车的行驶稳定性。为了透彻分析该类差速器各部件之间的相互作用关系和半轴齿轮的差速机理,对其进行了受力分解和内摩擦力矩的计算,并对其转矩转速分配特性进行了建模,最后,通过实例计算验证了所建模型的正确性。研究表明,当对称式行星齿轮差速器两侧输出端转速不同时,内摩擦力矩将对该差速器两侧半轴输出转矩的差异产生决定作用,因此,改变差速器行星齿轮和半轴齿轮的结构参数即可改变内摩擦力矩的大小,并进而改变该差速器的转矩分配特性。Symmetric planetary gear differential is widely used in various types of vehicles ,which reStricts the driving stability of vehicles.In order to thoroughly analyze the interaction between the components of this kind of differential and the differential mechanism between the two half shaft gears ,the force decompositiori and the internal friction torque were carried out,and the model of its torque and speed distribution characteristics was established;at last.the correctness of the model was proved by an example calculation. The research shows that,when the Output speed of the both sides half.shaft of symmetric planetary gear differential is not the same ,the differences of the torque output of both .sides half shaft will be decided by the internal friction torque.Therefore,changing the Structure parameters of differential planetary gear and half shaft gears can change the .size of the internal friction torque ,and fitrther change the torque distribution characteristics of the differential.
