摘 要:为了研究油压减振器活塞杆螺纹联接的可靠性,总结了活塞杆改为螺纹联接后的预紧力矩计算公式,得出弹性域紧固和塑性域紧固两种情况下预紧力的取值范围,对生产有指导意义。分析了螺纹联接的结构因素对预紧力的影响,结果表明,螺距和退刀槽深度的减小,预紧力在弹性域的取值范围增加,塑性域取值范围基本不变,但最值变大。同等预紧力和阻尼力时,退刀槽宽度增加,退刀槽处的应力值减小。分析了螺纹联接松动的原因,对比结果表明,活塞杆的预紧力在弹性域内越大越好,在塑性域内越小越可靠,后者防松效果优于前者。In order to research the reliability of thread connection of oil damper piston rod,the calcu- lation formula of preloaded moment for thread connection is introduced and the range in which preloaded force can get is given,which provides guiding significance for produetion.Elastic deformation and plastic deformation are considered separately and the result can be used in production.The influence of structure of thread connection on pretightening force is analyzed,with the results showing that the decrease of pitch and groove depth can allow larger range of prestress in the elastic region.When the preloaded force and damping force are the same,the groove is wider,and the stress of groove is smaller.It analyzes the cause of the loosing problems of thread connection and the comparison result shows that the bigger the preloaded force works in elastic deformation range the better,and the smaller the preloaded force work in plastic deformation range the more reliability.The former method shall be chosen preferentially in produetion for its effect in preventing connection loose.
