摘　　要：我国目前正处于社会转型时期,由于多种因素的影响,腐败现象在我国还处于库兹涅茨倒"U"型曲线的左半部,距离拐点还有一定的距离,还处于上升阶段。而具有"终端反腐"、"阳光法案"、"反腐利器"之美誉的公务员财产申报与公开制度,在我国在立法层面还没有确立下来,没有步入法制化的轨道。本文从八个方面探讨了我国公务员财产申报与公开制度立法对策。Our country is in the period of change now. Because of many factors, our corruption is on the left of Kuznetz Curve upside down, which is still rising and has a distance from the turning point. The property report and notification for civil servant, being famous for anti-corruption on the end and sunning act and keen knife of anti-corruption, is not still legislated. The article studies the legislation countermeatures for the property report and notification system of civil servant from eight directions in China.
