对美国依托研究型大学建立国家实验室的思考

摘　　要：该文梳理了国家实验室在国家创新体系中的定位和特点,总结了美国在研究型大学中建立国家实验室的经验,指出此举是科研组织不断创新,以适应大科学时代跨学科、交叉式研究的体现。针对目前我国国家实验室建设的现状,提出了在研究型大学中建立国家实验室的方向性建议。The paper reviews the positioning and the characteristics of the national laboratories in the na- tional innovation system and analyzes the experience of establishing national laboratories in research-orien- ted universities in the USA, pointing out that it is a major solution for scientific research institutions to a- dapt themselves to interdisciplinary research by sustainable innovation. Focused on the status quo of China ＂s national laboratory construction, the paper attempts to put forward a directional recommendation on the establishment of national laboratories in research-oriented universities.
