中西医结合疗法在胰腺炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价中西医结合疗法在胰腺炎中的应用情况。方法:以"胰腺炎,中西医"为关键词,检索1994年至2011年12月的相关文献,经过严格筛选后对其中的24篇相关研究文献进行分析。结果:胰腺炎是临床上常见的消化系统疾病之一,临床上可以分为急性胰腺炎和慢性胰腺炎。目前国内相关文献均认为中西医结合方法治疗胰腺炎,不仅效果明显,而且能缩短病程,减少病人负担。结论:中西医结合方法无论对慢性胰腺炎还是急性胰腺炎,均取得了很好的疗效。Objective：To evaluate application of traditional Chinese, Boxing medicine combined with western medicine therapy in the treatment of pancreatitis. Methods ：All abstracts between 1994 and December 2011 were searched by using the keywords pancreatitis, traditional Chinese and western medicine. The related research literatures which were screened strictly were reviewed. Results ： Pancreatitis was one of the most common digestive system diseases. It could be divided into acute panereatitis and chronic panereatitis. At present, domestic related literature thought that traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine treatment not only had an obvious effect, but also could shorten the duration of symptoms and reduce patients burden. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine method has been approved by more and more doctors. Traditional Chinese with western medicine method that are used to chronic panerea- titis and acute pancreatitis has a good curative effect, so it is worth clinical promotion.
