摘　　要：海峡两岸金融合作如火如荼,银行业首当其冲,在个人金融业务方面,大陆有必要吸收台湾地区的一些先进经验。透过两岸信用卡民事法律关系及衍生问题的实证比较研究,有助于厘清实务部门的分岐所在,并以此求同存异,为两岸金融合作共谋福祉。Cross-Strait financial cooperation in full swing, the banking sector bears the brunt of personal financial services, in the mainland, it is necessary to absorb some of the advanced experience of the Taiwan region, through the cross-strait credit card legal relationship and the derived empirical comparative study, which helps us to clarify the substantive departments of the bifurcationlies, and seek common ground while reserving differences, and for cross-strait financial cooperation and seek common well-being.
