摘　　要：目的:建立大鼠产后子宫内膜炎模型。方法:采用化学刺激后接菌、直接腹部切口术接菌、阴道给菌逆行感染几种造模方法比较。结论:通过及内膜形态学观察评价三种造模方法是成功的,阴道给菌法是最为合适的造模方法。Objective： To establish a rat postpartum uterine endometritis model. Methods： After using Chemical irritants, to compare the inoculation, the direct abdominal incision surgery inoculated and the vagina to bacteria retrograde infection. Though endometrial morphology to observe and evaluate the three modeling methods are successful, the vagina is the most appropriate modeling method.
