摘 要:研究了高效液相色谱法测定芝麻油中芝麻素的含量,确定了液相色谱条件:色谱柱:Dia-monsil(C18 250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇与水的比例为70∶30,流速:1 mL/min,检测波长:290 nm。芝麻素浓度和液相色谱图上的吸收峰面积在5~200μg/mL范围内呈现良好线性的关系,其回归方程:y=72741x+105063,相关系数为R=0.9999,准确度为0.18%;精密度为0.16%;平均加标回收率为95.51%。研究结果表明该方法简便、结果准确、灵敏度高,可用于芝麻及其制品中芝麻素的定量分析与检测。The content of sesamin in sesame oil was determined by high - performance liquid chromatogra- phy. The liquid chromatography condition was confirmed, that was, stationary phases, chromatographic column of Diamonsil (CI8 250 mm × 4.6 ram, 5 μm) , mobile phase, methanol: water was 70: 30, flow rate, 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength, 290 nm. The concentration of sesamin and the absorption peak area within the range of 5 - 200μg/mL showed good linear relationship, y = 72741x + 105063 ( R = 0.9999). The average spiked recovery rate was 95.51% ( RSD = 1.29%, n = 6). The developed method, which is simple, accurate and sensitive, can be used to determine the sesamin concentration in sesame and its products.
