摘　　要：追踪检查法是从患者角度评价医疗机构服务质量的有效方法。从医院实际出发,将追踪检查法与精益管理相结合,应用于医疗服务质量管理持续改进。以出院流程、中心手术室、医院环境为例,介绍了追踪检查法的具体实践。Tracing examination method is an effective method for evaluation of the medical service quality from the patient＇s point of view. From hospital practice, we combined tracing examination method with refined management and applied it into the continuous improvement of medical services quality. Taking discharge process, the central operating room, hospital environment as examples, the study introduced the practice of tracing examination method.
