摘　　要：ISO10015国际教育培训质量标准具有科学性、国际性、通用性、规范性、有效性、实用性和提升性等特点。结合培训实践,从确定培训需求、设计和策划培训、提供培训、评价培训结果 4阶段,就ISO10015标准在护理培训中的应用进行了探讨。It is proved that ISOIO015 is an intemational training quality standard with scientific, global, current, norma- tive, effective, practical and propulsive by using in training for nursing managers. It is also confirmed that ISO10015 is doable for building training system for nursing continuing education through the experience of identifying training needs, planning training, providing training and evaluating training results.
