摘 要:分析了当前医院垂直化管理模式存在的问题,(1)部门之间缺乏水平沟通;(2)职能部门执行力不强;(3)跨部门工作推动困难等。据此提出行政早交班制度,并对其实施效果进行了分析,同时对其存在的不足,如耗时长,对交班主持人的总结分析能力要求高等进行了探讨。The paper analyzed the problems in the current hospital vertical management model, including, firstly, the lack of communication among departments; secondly, the lack of executive power in the functional departments ; thirdly, hardly inter -departmental working. Based on the analysis, the study put forward the morning administrative shift system and described its implementation effect. Meanwhile, its shortcomings were analyzed, such as time - consuming, the high requirements of the host' s ability.
