摘　　要：随着我国国民经济的高速发展,战略性新兴产业开发在经历了雨后春笋般的快速成长后,目前陷入较为尴尬的境地。以光伏产业为例,利用创新双螺旋理论,探索性解决新兴光伏产业发展的困境。China＇ s strategic emerging industries, after enjoying a dramatic period of growth with the ris- ing economy, are now stuck in an embarrassing situation. This paper, taking the photovoltaic industry as a case study in the perspective of the ＂Creative Double-Helix Theory＂, aims to explore resolutions to the prob- lems troubling the development of the emerging photovoltaic industry.
