摘  要:目的:探讨实施能力本位教育对临床护士长评判性思维能力的影响,为临床培训提供依据。方法:对45名护士长进行基于能力本位为主岗位培训模式体系的培训,培训前后采用评判性思维能力量表(CTDI-CV)评估培训效果。结果:实施能力本位教育后45名护士长分析能力、系统化能力、批判性思维的自信心及求知欲维度的评分均高于实施能力本位教育前(P<0.05)。结论:能力本位教育可提高临床护士长评判性思维能力。Objective:To explore the impact of competence - based education on upgrading critical thinking ability of head nurses. Methods :45 head nurses received competence -based training and the training effect was assessed by the critical thinking disposition in- ventory ( CTDI - CV ) before and after training. Results :The scores of the ability of analysis and systematic thinking,critical thinking confi- dence and the scores of curiosity dimensions of 45 head nurses were higher after training than that before training ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The competence - based education can improve the critical thinking ability of clinical head nurses.
