摘　　要：目的探索青光眼患者自我管理行为的主体经验,以期为修正和完善目前临床青光眼病护理模式及将来实施干预提供资料。方法采用面对面访谈法收集24例青光眼患者的资料,并用现象学方法进行分析。结果青光眼患者自我管理行为的核心主题可概括为生活调适、加强养生保健和疾病之医疗管理。结论青光眼患者自我管理行为有其特殊之处,眼科医护人员应当开展针对该人群自我管理行为的护理干预。未来的研究应着重于如何将自我管理整合至青光眼患者常规护理模式之中。Objective To explore the subjective experience on self-management among patients with glaucoma, so as to correct and improve the clinical nursing mode for glaucoma and implement further interventions. Methods In-depth interviews were conducted in 24 patients who were diagnosed with primary glaucoma to collect their clinical data. The data were analyzed by using phenomenological procedure. Results The core-themes of self-management experience in patients with glaucoma were demonstrated as life adjustment,body function promotion, and disease management. Conclusion This study extends a more nuanced understanding of what is like to self-management for glaucoma： the subjective experience of self- management in this population has its particularity. Ophthalmic personnel should take into full consideration to promote the nursing intervention on self-management for the particular population. Future research should focus on how to integrate self-management skills with routine nursing practice for glaucoma patients.
