摘 要:目的通过改革护理专业学校与医院"定岗双元"合作培养护理人才的课程构建,向社会输送优秀护士,为医院专科护士的培养打下基础。方法学校与医院签订合作协议,双方在专业论证、承担临床课程教学、实训基地建设、课程构建、学生就业等方面广泛合作,构建的课程体系分为通识教育课程模块、专业基础课程模块、专业主干课程模块、专业方向课程模块和实践课程模块5大模块。并对2008~2011级护理专业"定岗双元"的学生实施院校合作培养。结果学生对教师课堂教学组织、教学效果、结合临床与大纲、拓展前沿知识的评分为(7.92±1.45)~(8.97±1.69)分,为较好水平;2008级学生均通过2011年的全国护士执业资格考试,毕业后全部被医院录用。用人单位对毕业学生留院临床工作的综合评价良好。结论院校"定岗双元"合作培养的课程构建使学生、学院和医院多方受益。"定岗双元"教学课程改革能构建就业导向型课程体系,将教学质量的测评与国家、行业标准相衔接。Objective To construct the curricula for a hospital based nursing program which is aimed at cultivating nursing talents on a collaborative basis, to refuel society with excellent nurses, and to found the basis of training programs for cultivation of clinical nurse specialists. Methods The Health Science School of Jianghan University signed a cooperative agreement with Wuhan Asian Heart Hospital for a hospital based nursing program. They worked together to complete verification reports of nursing profession, assume teaching tasks of clinical courses, construct a training base and curricula, provide jobs for graduated nursing students, and so on. The constructed course system included such five modules of general education, fundamentals and basic professional training courses, major professional courses, professionally-oriented courses, and practice oriented courses. Nurses students enrolled from 2008 to 2011 were on the cooperative program. Results The students' rating of teachers' classroom organization, teaching effects, teachers' combination of clinical settings and syllabus into teaching, and teachers' adding frontier knowledge into teaching averaged from (7.92±1.45) points to (8.97±1.69) points, being at good level. Students enrolled in 2008 all passed the 2011 National Chinese Licensure Examination for Nurse, and they all got a job offer from the hospital involved in the cooperative program. And the employer spoke highly of the students. Conclusion Construction of the curricula for a hospital based nursing program aimed at cultivating nursing talents on a collaborative basis benefits students, nursing school, and hospital in whole. The reform of curricula for the collaborative program can construct a job-oriented course system, and connect the appraisal of teaching quality with national and industry standard.
