蜂蜜敷料治疗体表创伤性溃疡的效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察蜂蜜敷料对创伤性溃疡创面床准备的临床效果,并与现代敷料、传统敷料进行比较。方法按入选标准选择在外科换药室就诊的体表创伤性溃疡患者90例,随机分为A、B、C 3组。A组在创面床准备过程中使用国产蜂蜜制成的敷料处理,B组和C组分别使用现代敷料和传统敷料进行创面处理。观察3组创面不同时间的细菌清除率、愈合率、分期演进速度和平均治疗时间。结果 3组创面细菌清除率比较,A组明显优于B组和C组(P<0.05);A组创面分期演进时间、治疗时间均较B组、C组短(P<0.05);3组创面愈合率比较,治疗7d时差异无统计学意义,治疗14d、21d时,A组明显优于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论选择蜂蜜敷料有利于创伤性溃疡创面床的准备,能有效清除创面感染和坏死组织,调节创面愈合的微环境,促进肉芽组织生长,具有湿性愈合的作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of honey dressing on the traumatic skin ulcers during wound bed preparation. Methods Ninety patients with traumatic skin ulcers were randomly divided into three groups. Honey dressing,the new type dressing and traditional dressing were used in group A,B and C,respectively. The wound bacterial clearance rate,wound healing rate and would healing speed were compared among the three groups. Results There were significant differences in the wound bacterial clearance rates among the three groups（P〈0.05）. The wound healing speed in group A was significantly higher than those in the other two groups （P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in the wound healing rates among the three groups when the patients had been treated for 14 days and 21 days（P〈0.05）,but there were no signif Honey dressing can promote the wound bed preparation of traumatic skin ulcers,efficant difference when they had been treated for 7 days （P〉0.05）. Conclusionectively clear wound infection and necrotic tissues,modulate the microenvironment of wound healing,promote the growth of granulation tissue and promote moist healing.
