行动研究法对优化高校体育教师职业素养课程的研究

摘　　要：本文通过文献资料法与专家访谈法对行动研究法的概念进行了界定,并在此基础上阐述了行动研究法产生的理论基础和原则,从而详细论述行动研究法对优化高校体育教师职业素养课程的具体应用。旨在普通高校体育教师中大力推广"行动研究法",并使之成为提高教师职业素养和水平的有效途径。This paper makes definition on motion methodology＇s concept through the literature review and the ex-pert interview, and elaborates the motion methodology＇s theory base and principle, optimizes the physical education teacher＇ s occupation accomplishment curriculum in university by action research method in detail. The main pur-pose is to promote the motion methodology among physical education teachers in university, and make it become the effective way to improve physical education teacher occupation accomplishment and level.
