摘  要:合成了3种不同结构的GL482、EG1362、EG1366聚醚醇破乳剂,与溴丁烷作用,聚醚醇破乳剂末端的羟基氢被丁基取代制得改性聚醚,这种方法能够增加破乳剂的亲油性。所得改性聚醚用瓶试法对陕北河庄坪和子长原油进行脱水实验。结果表明,对河庄坪原油在55℃,破乳剂总用量100mg.L-1,脱水时间6h时,改性聚醚GL482BE和EG1366BE脱水速度快、脱出水清、油水界面齐,脱水率最高,分别达到98.7%和97.8%;对子长原油,在65℃,破乳剂总用量200mg.L-1,脱水时间6h时,改性聚醚EG1362BE和EG1366BE脱水速度快、脱出水清、油水界面齐,脱水率最高,分别达到93.4%和91.4%。GL482, GIA86 and EG1366 of three different structural polyether alcohol demulifiers are synthe- sized, then we react them with n-butyl bromide, the terminal hydroxyl hydrogen of demulsifiers are replaced by the butyl, so we get the modified polyethers. This method can increase the lipophilicity of demulsifiers. Dehydration experiments of the modified polyethers have been conducted at 55℃ in 6h and with demulsifier concentration of 100mg ·L^-1 for Hezhuangping crude oil and at 65℃ in 6h and with demulsifier concentration of 200mg ·L^-1 for Zichang crude oil in North Shaanxi oil fields by bottle test. The results showed that the dehydration rate of the modi- fied polyether GIA82BE and EG1366BE the highest to 98.7% and 97.8%, and dehydration speed is rapid, separated water is clear, interface between oil and water is the homogeneous to the crude oil of Hezhuangping. The dehydration rate of the modified polyether EG1362BE, EG1366BE is the highest to 93.4% and 91.4%, and dehydration speed is rapid, separated water is clear, interface between oil and water is homogeneous to the crude oil of Zichang.
