摘 要:目的探讨硫黄熏蒸对当归中阿魏酸的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定硫黄熏蒸后阿魏酸的含量,XB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83),检测波长:316 nm,柱温:35℃,流速:1.0 mL.min-1。结果硫黄用量100 g.cm-3,熏蒸1次,每次2 h,此时阿魏酸的含量最高;阿魏酸在32.32~323.20μg线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=53 835X-57 496(r=0.999 8)。结论硫黄熏蒸对当归中阿魏酸含量有一定影响,随硫黄用量增加、熏蒸时间延长、熏蒸次数增加而呈减少趋势。Objective To explore the influence of sulfur fumigation on ferulie acid in Radix angelicae sinensis. Methods The content change of ferulic acid after sulfur fumigation was determined by HPLC on XB - C18 column{4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0. 085% phosphoric acid solution(17: 83). The detection wavelength was 316 nm, the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL . min-1. Results The maximum content of ferulic acid was ob- tained through fumigation with 100 g . cm-3 sulfur once for 2 h; The linear relationship of ferulic acid was good in 32.32 323.20 μg, and the regression equation was Y = 53 835X - 57 496 ( r = 0. 999 8 ). Conclusion Sulfur fumigation had certain in- fluence on the content of ferulie acid in Radix angelicae sinensis. The content of ferulic acid showed a decreasing trends with in- creasing of amount of sulfur, fumigation time and the number of fumigation.
