摘  要:高职"校中厂"目前主要包括校办工厂和政府指令举办的部门两类。"校中厂"在一定时期内应微利润运行,以保证"以产养教、以教促产、重在教学",其长效运行须仿照企业制定一整套运行与管理制度,由"双师型"教师参与日常管理,积极开展"产学研"和对外服务培训,而要加快其发展速度还需要学校和外部环境给予其一定的倾斜政策。There are two types of factory-in-school at the initial stage, one is that factories run by school and the other is that departments are enforced by the government and run by school. In a certain period of time these two types should be run by low profit ratio, to ensure" production supporting education, education promoting production, and focus on teaching" . Long-term operation mechanism needs to settle a series of rules consulting of enterprises. Double qualified teachers must play important roles in management and actively practice "production, learn and research" and outside service and training. In order to accelerate the pace of development, factory-in-schools development also requires some preferential policies given by the schools and government.
