离退休科技人员生活满意度的影响因素研究

摘　　要：对天津市864名离退休科技人员的生活满意度调查后发现,离退休科技人员的生活满意度在性别及是否参加学术团体等方面没有显著差异;年龄、健康状况、离退休前的单位性质、职称、继续工作的动机强度及离退休后是否参加公益活动等因素对其生活满意度有显著影响。因此,要提高其生活满意度,须从提高其健康水平、鼓励参加公益活动等方面入手。我们认为,要特别注意提高65～69岁离退休科技人员的生活满意度。By surveying 864 retired scientific and technical workers in Tianjin, this study explored the factors that influence the life satisfaction of retired scientific and technical workers. The results suggest that the life satisfaction of the retired scientific and technical workers is not influenced by the gender and whether to participate in the academic community; age, health condition, the nature of the unit that they worked in, the title of the workers, strength of the motivation to continue working and whether they participate in charitable activities after retirement have significant influence on the workers, life satisfaction. In order to improve the life satisfaction, we can improve their health, encourage them to participate in charitable activities, especially for the 65 to 69-year-old retired worker.
