摘 要:为更好地利用散货码头的堆场资源,利用知识工程中的知识获取及规则推理方法建立煤炭码头堆场分配策略.根据煤炭自身的特性及装船需求,结合煤炭码头堆场管理原则和作业设备的特征,提取煤炭码头堆场分配策略的基本规则,设计基于知识工程的煤炭码头堆场分配模型.通过可分配区域划分、设备及堆场匹配、最优区域选择等,为需要堆放的煤炭选取合适的堆场区域,给煤炭码头提供有效的堆场分配策略.案例分析表明,该方法可提高煤炭码头的堆场利用率和生产效率.In order to make better use of the yard resources of bulk terminals, the knowledge acquisition and rule-based reasoning are used to establish the yard allocation strategy for coal terminal. According to the features of the coal itself and the demand of shipment, combined with the management principles of the yard of coal terminal and the characteristics of equipment, the basic rules of yard allocation strategy for coal terminal is gotten and the model of yard allocation for coal terminal is built based on the knowledge engineering. The suitable regions for the coal which need to be stacked are selected through the regional demarcation, equipment and yard matching and best region choosing, and the effective yard allocation strategy is provided for coal terminal. Case studies show that this method can improve the utilization of the yard and the production efficiency of the coal terminal.
