摘  要:以腐熟牛粪为主要原料,将腐熟牛粪按不同比例与秸秆、蛭石、草炭混合,复配出5种基质,以草炭∶蛭石≈2∶1(体积比)为对照,以辣椒为试材进行育苗试验,研究不同基质的理化性质及其对辣椒幼苗生长性状及生理指标的影响.结果表明:5种复配基质中,T5处理基质(牛粪∶秸秆∶草炭∶蛭石=5∶1∶2∶2,体积比)的容重为0.43g/cm3,总孔隙度66.41%,辣椒幼苗在育苗60d时株高达到24.63cm,茎粗0.270cm,壮苗指数为0.041 9,显著高于对照,其余生长及生理指标也达到或超过了对照的水平,能够替代对照作为辣椒穴盘育苗的适宜基质.Using the decomposition of cow dung as raw material in experiment, cow dung, corn stalks, peat and vermiculite were mixed in different ratios, formulated 5 kinds of substrates. Using peat :vermiculite = 2:1 (volume ratio) as CK,with pepper as test materials for seedling experiment, and the growth and physiological indices of pepper seedling were studied. The results showed that the T5 substrate(cattle: straw: peat: vermiculite = 5 : 1 : 2 : 2) had 0. 43 g/cm3 of bulk density, 66.41~ of total porosity. The plant height,stem diameter and healthy index of pepper seedling for 60 days were 24. 63 cm, 0. 270 cm and 0. 041 9,were significantly higher than the control. The rest of the growth and physiological indexes also met or exceeded control level, could substitute the control as pepper hole tray seedling the appropriate sub- strate.
