摘 要:曲轴是压缩机的重要零部件之一,扭振破坏是六列以上的压缩机的主要失效形式。扭振破坏的主要影响因素是曲轴的模态。为此,本文针对某六缸压缩机曲轴,通过建立曲轴的振动学方程,利用ANSYS有限元计算方法,对某六缸压缩机曲轴进行八阶模态分析,分析结果表明可通过采取渗氮、滚压处理或加大曲轴过渡圆角半径等措施,达到减小曲轴变形和扭振的目的。另外,通过对曲轴的谐响应分析,计算出曲轴发生共振的频率、共振幅值和共振幅度最大的方位,为曲轴的进一步优化设计提供理论依据。A crankshaft is one of the most important parts in compressors. The main destruction form of those that having six or more than six cylinders is torsion vibration. For this purpose, the paper took the crankshaft of the compressor that having six cylin ders as an example. By establishing the vibration equations and using finite element method, the first 8 modal of the crankshaft was analysed, the conclusion shows that by taking the nitriding, rolling handling and increasing the fillet radius of the crankshaft, the purpose of reducing the deformation and torsional vibration of the crankshaft can be achieved. In addition, by the harmonic response analysis of it, the resonance frequencies and amplitudes of the crankshaft, and the position of the maximum resonance amplitude were calculated. They can provide a theoretical basis for the further design optimization of the crankshaft.
