摘 要:比较了 4种浸海材料 (氧化亚铜防污漆、防锈漆、钢片和玻片 )表面粘膜中异养细菌的组成和数量。结果表明 ,粘膜中异养细菌主要由气单孢菌属、发光杆菌属、假单孢菌属、弧菌属、色杆菌属、莫拉氏菌属、产碱菌属、噬纤维菌属等组成。浸海初期的优势类群和先锋菌属为气单孢菌属 ,在整个试验过程中优势类群频繁发生演替 ,表面异氧细菌数量变动趋势基本一致。氧化亚铜防污漆和防锈漆表面的异养细菌数量多于钢片和玻片表面的异养细菌数量 ,异养细菌种类则少于钢片、玻片表面的 ,其中以防污漆表面异养细菌的数量为最多 ,达到 1 0 7cfu cm2 。The composition and quantity variation of Heterotrophic bacteria in slime bio films, formed in the marine water on the surfaces of antifouling paint, anticorrosive paint, steel and glass substrates, were investigated in this article. The results indicated that heterotrophic bacteria consist of Aeromonas, Photobacterium, Pseudomonas, Vibrio, Alcaligenes, Chromobacterium, Moraxella etc, and that Aeromonas is the pioneering genus and predominant group in primary stage, but in the whole procedure of experiment the predominant group varies successively and frequently and the vary trend of bacterial quantity on the four substrates is almost the same. The quantity of bacteria on antifouling and anticorrosive paint substrates are higher than that on the surface of steel and glass substrates, and the bacterial species are less. Bacterial quantity on the surface of antifouling paint is the highest in these four substrates, reaching 10 7cfu/cm 2.
