摘　　要：视网膜缺血再灌注模型是研究视网膜缺血再灌注损伤机制的重要模型,其建立手段较多,但定量方法较少。本文结合文献综述视网膜缺血再灌注模型的建立方法,比较不同模型的特点。Retinalischemia-reperfusion model is thought to be a critical step in investigating its mechanism, prevention and treatment. A number of animal models and analytical techniques have been used to study retinal ischemia, but there is little quantitative investigation. This article assesses the various establishment methods of experimental retinal ischemia-reperfusion models and compares the different features of the models.
