摘　　要：目的:探讨角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:对112例124眼患有复发性翼状胬肉(均为第一次复发)的患者进行角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗,术后随诊3～15mo。结果:痊愈103例115眼,有效率92.7%,复发8例9眼,复发率7.3%。结论:角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效好,伤口愈合快,复发率较低。AIM： To evaluate the postoperative effect of corneal limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of recurrent pterygium. METHODS： All 124 eyes of 112 patients affected by recurrent pterygium and referred to our ophthalmologic department were considered. Each patient underwent autograft transplantation of corneal limbal stem cells. RESULTS： Totally 115 eyes of 103 patients were cured, the rate of operation success was 92.7%, while 9 eyes of 8 patients were with recurrence, the recurrent rate was 7.3%. CONCLUSION： There are good curative effect and low recurrence rate of corneal limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of recurrent pterygium.
