摘  要:目的:探讨白术对脑出血大鼠血清白蛋白含量与垂体-甲状腺轴功能的作用及机理。方法:72只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、生理盐水(NS)组和治疗组各24只,后2组制备脑出血大鼠模型,并分别给予生理盐水和白术,检测对照组与其它2组脑出血术后1、7及14d血清白蛋白及FT3、FT4、TSH的含量。结果:术后NS组血清白蛋白及血清FT3降低(P<0.05),血清FT4、TSH增高(P<0.05);术后7、14d治疗组较NS组血清白蛋白及血清FT3增加(P<0.05)。NS组、治疗组的血清白蛋白与FT3含量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:血清白蛋白及血清FT3含量的变化密切相关,白术能提高脑出血大鼠血清白蛋白水平及FT3含量,可能是通过提高血清FT3含量纠正低蛋白血症。Objective:To investigate the effects of largehead atractylodes rhizome on the serum albumin level and pituitary-thyroid gland axis’s function in rats with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: Seventy-two SD rats were randomly divided into control,saline(NS) and atractylodes treatment groups with 24 rats in each group.The cerebral hemorrhage rat model was established in the NS and treatment groups.The serum albumin level,the serum levels of FT3,FT4,and TSH were detected at days 1,7 and 14 after cerebral hemorrhage.Results: After cerebral hemorrhage,the levels of serum albumin and the serum FT3 were decreased(P〈0.05) whereas the levels of serum FT4 and TSH were increased(P〈0.05) compared with those in the controls.The levels of serum albumin and the serum FT3 in the treatment group were higher than those in the NS group at days 7 and 14 after cerebral hemorrhage.The serum albumin level was positively correlated with the serum FT3 level in the NS and treatment groups.Conclusion: The serum albumin level is correlated with serum FT3 level in rats with cerebral hemorrhage.Largehead atractylodes rhizome could increase the serum albumin and serum FT3 level.
