摘  要:目的探讨垂体微腺瘤的MRI影像特点。方法回顾性分析经手术和组织病理证实的50例垂体微腺瘤患者临床及MRI影像资料。结果 50例患者中32例有催乳素升高,18例生长激素升高,15例卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平增高,8例卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平低于正常,12例血皮质醇增高,10例促甲状腺激素升高伴血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、血清游离甲状腺素降低,7例激素水平在正常范围;50例患者MRI均有不同程度影像改变,T1WI上均呈低信号,T2WI上35例呈等信号,5例呈高信号,10例呈低信号,肿瘤直径3~10mm,其中7例激素水平正常者通过MRI检查明确诊断。结论 MRI是诊断垂体微腺瘤主要检查方法。Objective To discuss the MRI findings of pituitary micro-adenoma. Methods The clinical data and MRI findings were retrospectively analyzed in 50 patients with surgically and pathologically proved pituitary microadenoma. Results In these 50 patients, prolactin increased in 32 patients, growth hormone increased in 18 cases, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone increased in 15 patients, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone decreased in 8 samples, cortisol increased in 12 patients, thyroid stimulating hormone increased, and free triiodothyronine and serum free thyroxine decreased in 10 cases, and hormone was normal in 7 patients. All patients were found MRI changes in different degrees. The diameter of tumor was from 3 to 10 mm. Seven patients with normal level of hormone were diagnosed with MRI. Conclusion MRI is the main diagnostic method for pituitary micro-adenoma.
