摘　　要：介绍了马铃薯茎尖材料的选取、消毒、剥离和培养的方法,总结了茎尖培养和继代扩繁的培养基和培养条件,以及脱毒试管苗的温室内炼苗和移栽技术。The methods of selection, disinfection, stripping and culture for potato stem were introduced at first. Then, the medium and the culture condition for stem culture and subculture propagation of potato and the technologies of hardening and transplanting for detoxification plantlets in the greenhouse were summarized.
