摘　　要：随着中国高等教育改革的不断深化,青年教师日益成为高校教师队伍中的重要生力军。青年教师教学能力的提升,对于提高教师整体水平和人才培养质量具有举足轻重的作用。在阐述教学能力内涵、青年教师特点的基础上,分析了当前中国高校青年教师教学能力的现状及存在的问题。同时,在借鉴国外高校提升教师教学能力经验的基础上,提出了中国高校青年教师教学能力提升的具体对策,以此不断提升内涵建设水平,推动中国教育事业的发展。With continuous deepening of higher education reform, young college teachers are playing an important role in college teachers. The improvement of young college teachers＇ teaching ability has a decisive function in raising the whole level of the teachers and the talent of training quality. On the basis of describing the meaning of teaching ability and the characteristics of young teachers, meanwhile, drawing advanced experiences from other countries. This paper analysis the present situation and problems of our country＇ s young college teach- ers＇ teaching ability, and finally puts forward the concrete measures of improving young college teachers＇ teaching ability in our country, so as to promote the development of our country s educational cause.
