摘 要:Parikh-Wilzcek把四维Schwarzshild和Reissner-Nordstrm黑洞的Hawking辐射认为是半经典隧穿行为的结果,在考虑到粒子间自引力的作用下,所得的辐射谱不再是纯热谱.本文运用此方法研究了高维Reissner-Nordstrm黑洞的隧穿辐射,得到了修正的辐射谱,它与黑洞的Bekenstein-Hawking熵变有关,不再是纯热谱,并指出Parikh-Wilzcek的工作只局限于可逆过程.Parikh-Wilzeek's recent work, which treats the Hawking radiation as semi-classical tunneling process from the event horizon of four dimensional Schwarzshild and Reissner-ordstrom black hole, indicates that the derived radiant spectrum is no longer precisely thermal after taking the self-gravitation action into account. This paper applies the method to studying the tunneling radiation of arbitrary dimensional Reissner-Nordstrom black holes, and finds that the modified spectrum is related to the change of Bekenstein-Hawking entropy, and is no longer the pure thermal one. Finally, it points out that the Parikh-Wilzcek's tunneling framework is only limited to the reversible process.
