摘　　要：参加远程开放教育学习的学员主要来自于在职人员。他们之所以选择远程开放教育的学习,最主要的原因是学生可以不受时间、地点、空间的限制,可以根据自己的实际情况运用多种媒体和途径进行自主学习,从而克服工作、家庭与学习之间的矛盾,达到工作、学习两不误的目的。因此,为学生提供优质的学习支持服务是现代远程教育存在和发展的基础,是电大开放教育教学质量的根本保证,也是电大开放教育人才培养模式的重要特色。In open distance learning students are mainly from employees. They chose the long-distance opening education study. The main reason is that the students can not subjected to time, place, space restrictions, can according to their own actual conditions using a variety of media and the way of autonomous learning, work, family and study so as to overcome the contradiction between, to work, to learn two. Therefore, for the students to provide quality of modem distance education learning support services is the basis of existence and development of TV open education teaching, is the fundamental guarantee for the quality, but also of TV open education personnel training mode features.
