摘　　要：我国人口老化引起一系列的连锁反应,其中之一就是"老难有所爱"问题。在经济社会,由于道德行为的经济和社会成本高,助人为乐相对风险大,社会由此对道德正义性产生"信任危机"。试以跌倒老人无人扶起为例,指出我国道德保障机制的缺失及其本因,最后提出道德保障机制构建的政策建议。There are a series chain reactions because of population aging, one of them is the aged lack of love. Trust crisis of the moral justice comes out in the economic society, which high economic and social cost of the moral behavior, and high relative risk for a good quality on helping each other. This paper points out the loss and reasons of the moral guarantee system on a case study of falls in aged but lack of help, and put forward some policy suggestions.
