摘　　要：合芜蚌自主创新综合配套改革试验区的建设是安徽省经济发展战略的重大调整,也是国家综合配套改革的重要组成部分。依据技术扩散观点,通过对技术扩散环境的系统分析,结合合芜蚌试验区建设现状,提出优化技术创新扩散环境促进试验区建设的若干建议。Construction of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Independent Innovation Comprehensive Supplementary Reform Pilot Area is not only a significant adjustment of Anhui economic development strategy, but also an important component of state supplementary reform. Considering its practical construction condition, through systematic analysis based on the technology diffusion theory, this paper proposes recommendations for optimizing the technology diffusion environment to promote its construction.
