摘　　要：当前,学生迫切需要提高自己的英语应用能力,尤其是听说能力。利用《大学英语学习系统》对学生进行听说训练,通过对问卷调查、听力和口语测试、网上学习记录等数据进行分析,结果显示:这种训练可以提高学生的英语听说能力,同时也能锻炼学生的自主学习能力。At present, students are very eager to develop their abilities to use English in all-round ways, especially in listening and speaking. Their listening and speaking abilities are practiced via the audio- visual-speaking system of study. This paper reports a survey of non-English majors in Hefei University, from which it is known that this their autonomous study ability as approach can enhance students＇ listening and speaking abilities, and well.
