商周秦汉贵族民主政体的衰落与董子学说“天人感应”的廉政意义

摘　　要：商周实行分权贵族民主政治体制,但从商周开始,贵族民主政体逐渐衰落,向专制主义中央集权演变,到汉武帝时期,随着王国问题的彻底解决,贵族民主政体最终崩溃。董子学说顺应了这一历史潮流,同时力图用"天人感应"理论限制君主权利,并且对后世产生了深远的影响,这正是董子学廉政意义所在。The decentralized aristocratic democratic system Shang and Zhou Dynasty had been declining gradually, that evolved into the centralized absolutism. In Hanwudi epoch, aristocratic democracy system ultimately collapses, while Kingdom problem was quite settled. Dong Zongshu conforms to its historical trend by the ＂Heaven and Man＂ theory, limiting the rights of the monarch, which had a profound impact on future generations. Here just lies the significance of clean government.
