摘 要:目的:探讨成长活动对大学生羞怯症状的干预效果。方法:以张贴海报的形式在某大学招募小组成员,用大学生羞怯量表(CSSS)筛选出羞怯大学生12名,进行为期7周,每周1次,每次2小时的成长小组活动,最后保留有效小组成员8人,分别于小组活动刚结束及结束3个月后,对小组成员施测CSSS。另外,选取小组成员的同班同学共85人为对照组,在小组活动结束3个月后,对照组完成CSSS。结果:小组成员在活动刚结束时的CSSS得分低于活动前(P<0.05),而活动结束3个月后的CSSS得分低于活动刚结束时(P<0.05)。小组成员在活动结束3个月后的CSSS得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。小组活动结束后,小组成员从自我意识、克服羞怯的主动性、克服羞怯的技巧和克服羞怯的信念4个方面对小组活动的效果作出了较为积极的评价。结论:本研究提示,成长小组活动是改善大学生羞怯症状的有效方式。Objective: To examine the effect of growth group activity on relieving shyness symptoms in college students. Methods: Twelve college students with higher scores of the College Students'Shyness Scale (CSSS) were recruited as the experimental group. They participated in the 7-week growth group activity, which lasted 2 hours per week. Eight effective members were retained at last. They were assessed with the CSSS when the growth group activity finished and 3 months later. Eighty-five classmates of them were assessed with the CSSS 3 months after the growth group activity. Results: When the growth group activity finished, the CSSS scores were decreased [(50. 9±7. 7) vs. (62. 2 ±7.3), P 〈0. 05]. Three months later, the CSSS scores in the experimental group were further decreased (34. 6 ±7.3), and lower than that in the controls (42. 1 ± 10. 6), Ps 〈 0. 05. The group members had positive attitude to growth group activity, in 4 aspects of self-awareness, initiative in overcoming shyness, emotion regulation, and belief in overcoming shyness. Conclusion: It suggests that growth group activity may have obvious effect on relieving shyness symptoms in college students.
