摘　　要：通过分析高职院校固定资产管理的现状,提出系统基于工作流的管理思想设计架构,然后进一步的研究工作流建模和工作流引擎,通过可视化的方式建立了各种业务流程,并且在数据库中进行统一管理,从而规范高职院校的固定资产管理的流程,提高院校资产管理部门的管理水平。This paper analyzes the current situation of the vocational colleges＇ fixed assets manage- ment system, proposes workflow - based management thinking design architecture, further studies work- flow modeling and workflow engine, and then further establishes a variety of business processes through visualization, and carries out unified database management, and thus it standardizes the process of vocational colleges＇ fixed asset management, and improves management level of assets management sectors in colleges.
