摘　　要：构建了汽车维修分队保障能力评估指标体系，并提出了基于改进型主成分分析法的汽车维修分队保障能力评估模型及算法。改进的算法既能消除指标量纲和数量级的影响，又可以包含原始数据的全部信息，在原始变量转变为主成分过程中，反映了主成分权数的计算综合评价值，在指标权重选择上克服了主观因素的影响，客观反映了各指标因素间的现实关系。通过引入实例，证明了该方法的科学性与有效性。The paper established an evaluation index system of automobile maintenance units, and proposed an evaluation model based on the improved principle component analysis. Improved principle components analysis can not only eliminate the impact of the magnitude and dimensional indicator, but also can contain all the information of raw data. By applying this method, original variables are transformed into principal components and the criteria can be obtained without subjective factors at the same time, reflecting the natural relation of each criterion. By introducing with example, it is proved that the method is scientific and effective.
