摘　　要：目的观察参附注射液对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者血小板及机体免疫功能的影响。方法 100例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组52例(予参附注射液静滴和常规化疗),对照组48例(常规化疗),2周期后评价两组血小板抑制状况和机体免疫指标变化。结果治疗组血小板抑制Ⅰ～Ⅲ度发生5例,低于对照组的14例;两组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平上升,CD4+/CD8+比值下降,且治疗组的变化大于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论参附注射液对于改善肿瘤患者化疗后的血小板抑制,提高免疫功能有一定疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Shenfu Injection on platelet and immune function in patients with chemotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods： 100 NSCLC patients were,randomly divided into the trial group with 52 cases and the control group with 48 cases.Patients were treated with Shenfu Injection com- bined with chemotherapy in the trial group and cases were used the chemotherapy alone in the control group. The variance of thrombocyte toxic reaction and indices of immunity were evaluated after 2 cycles. Results： The Ⅰ-Ⅲ degree thrombocyte toxic reaction in the trial group was lower than that in the control group after chemotherapy. In 2 groups, the numbers of CD3＋, CD4＋ and CD8＋ T cells were raised and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ was decreased after treatment. Moreover,these changes in the trail group were superior to those in the control group. However,there were no significant differences in these changes between 2 groups. Conclusion： It is useful for Shenfu Injection to decrease the degree of platelet and increase the immunity function in patients with chemotherapy of NSCLC.
