摘 要:目的:探讨皮层下动脉硬化性脑病(SAE)的MRI分型与MRA表现二者的相关性。方法:77例经临床证实的SAE患者,对其进行MRI平扫及MRA检查,对其检查结果进行统计学分析。结果:MRI表现脑白质不同程度缺血性脱髓鞘改变,呈长T1长T2信号,FLAIR呈高信号,其中影像学Ⅰ型30例、Ⅱ型33例、Ⅲ型14例。并伴有脑萎缩、腔隙性脑梗死、脑出血。MRA表现为不同程度的脑动脉硬化,轻度25例、中度31例、重度21例。结论:MRI和MRA可早期明确显示SAE范围大小和动脉硬化程度,但本组资料所示影像学分型与MRA所见的动脉硬化严重程度之间缺乏相关性。Objective: To study the correlation between magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) classification and magnetic reso- nance angiography (MRA) performance in subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy (SAE). Methods : 77 cases of SAE con- firmed by clinical examination were screened with MR[ scanning and MRA, and the test results were statistically analyzed as well. Results : MRI results showed different degrees of ischemic white matter demyelination, with elongated T1 and T2 signals, and FLAIR presented high signals. There were 30 cases of imaging type I , 33 cases of type II and 14 cases of type HI, accompa- nied by brain atrophy, lacunar infarction and cerebral hemorrhage. MRA showed different degrees of cerebral arteriosclerosis, mild in 25 cases, moderate in 31 cases, moderate in 21 cases. Conclusion: Early MRI and MRA can clearly demonstrate SAE size and ateriosclerosis extent. However, there is little correlation between the MRI classification presented in this set of data and the severity of arteriosclerosis seen in MRA.
