BXTM联合TSGF检测诊断恶性肿瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究血清肿瘤相关物质(BXTM)和恶性肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)联合检测在恶性肿瘤早期诊断中的价值。方法采用比色法对432例恶性肿瘤患者、248例非肿瘤患者和147例健康查体人员的血清BXTM和TSGF浓度进行检测分析。结果恶性肿瘤患者血清BXTM和TS-GF浓度明显高于非肿瘤患者和健康查体人员(P<0.01);各组BXTM和TSGF以及联合检测的阳性率以恶性肿瘤组最高,感染组次之(P<0.01)。结论血清BXTM和TSGF联合检测可为恶性肿瘤早期诊断提供参考依据,感染性疾病对其有较强的干扰性。Objective To investigate the value of the combined detection of Bo xin serum tumor associated material（BXTM） and tumor supplied group of factors（TSGF） in the early diagnosis of malignant tumors.MethodsThe levels of BXTM and TSGF in serum was measured in 432 cases of malignant tumor,248 cases of non-malignant tumor and 147 cases normal people.ResultsThe levels of BXTM and TSGF in serum of malignant tumor patients were significantly higher than those of non-malignant tumor and normal people（P〈0.01）.The BXTM,TSGF and BXTM-TSGF detections showed that the positive rate was the highest in the group of malignant tumors（P〈0.01）.ConclusionThe combined detections of BXTM and TSGF can help to diagnose malignant tumors early.
